Cystoscope with Urethral Dilation

Hi, I had a cystoscopy with urethral dilation done yesterday. Now I have a fever and some blurry vision. My doctor said that this may be a reaction to the antibiotic I was given but I feel worried that I may have gotten an infection "down there." Has anyone had this happen? She's given me Cipro to combat the fever and serve as my new antibiotic.
